Today it is Anja, our Similan Island scuba diving expert.
It is incredibly difficult to keep Anja out of the water, so we don't even try: Speaking English, French and German, she is an experienced PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and knows the Similan Islands like the back of her hand.
Anja has dived around the world, from Galapagos and Yap/Palau/Chuuk to Egypt and the Blue Hole in Belize. She has been with Khao Lak Scuba Adventures for several years, most recently as a fixed member of staff on Manta Queen 3.
Her favourite marine animals range from the very big to the absolutely tiny: whale sharks, cobias and mantas at one end, octopusses and sea snakes in the middle, and mantis, harlequin and glass shrimps at the other end of the spectrum. She claims to once have seen barracudas fart at Koh Tachai (honest!) and loves Manta Queen 3's mashed potatoes for breakfast.
She will be awaiting you on-board our liveaboard Manta Queen 3 for 4 days and 4 nights.
