Hello! My name is Svitlana. I'm from Ukraine and I'm PADI Dive Instructor.
Since I was a child I have been always passionate about the water. Thanks to my parents I always spent summer holidays near the sea.
I've never been afraid of water, depth or current and even when fortune-teller predicted that I will drown in the ocean it couldn’t affect my passion. My scuba diving life has started in cold water of Ukrainian rivers, lakes, quarries and Black Sea four years ago.
In the beginning it was just a hobby, but one day I became brave enough to leave my routine and turn my hobby into the best job ever! It is a pleasure to work with people and watch how they unmask themselves being underwater. I'm happy that I have the opportunity to help people to be closer to the nature, look inside the ocean and, the most important, inside themselves, overcome fears becoming more confident.
I work for Khao Lak Scuba Adventures on board The Manta Queen Fleet at the amazing Similan Island Marine National Park.
